Suggested uses:
Collagen Granules
Take 2 TBS a day in your coffee or tea, juice or water, cereal, yoghurt or even in your cooking. You can take it at any time of day. Make sure to enjoy your Granules daily for maximum benefit.
Minis:
Bone Broth:
Add 1 Tablespoon into a smoothie or shake or use it to flavour soups, stews, curries etc. When adding it into cooking add it early in the process as it needs to simmer to dissolve.
Mushroom Powder:
Add 1 Tablespoon a day into a smoothie or shake or sprinkle it over a salad, risotto or stew. It has a lovely mushroom flavour and is bursting full of nutrients.
Collagen.X:
Add 2 Tablespoons into a smoothie daily for best results. The Astaxanthin contained in the X is a potent antioxidant that is great for skin and muscle endurance and recovery. This product cannot be heated.
Blueberry:
Add 1 Tablespoon a day into a smoothie or sprinkle it over fresh fruit or yoghurt for an extra burst of nutrients.
Latte:
Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons into boiling water to dissolve and then add your sweetener and milk of choice to create a calming drink.
Hot Chocolate:
Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons into boiling water to dissolve and then add your sweetener and milk of choice to create a rich drink.
Collagen Creamer:
Add 1 TBS to a cup of coffee to add protein as well as a luxurious creaminess.
Super Immune Shake:
Made with Bone Broth, Maitake Mushroom, Blueberry and Astaxanthin this super immune shake is a daily must. Add it into smoothies or shakes. We recommend that you use 3 to 4 TBS a day.
